First part of acute or chronic pain research is a model that meets the specified criteria. First model of cronic pain – sciatic nerve damaging was founded and proven more than 30 years ago. Nowadays there is a lot of in vivo and in vitro models that matched with different pathologies and also mechanisms of chronic nociceptive and neuropathic pain on different levels have been learned. In this article we review the most effective and often used rat models of chronic pain its mechanisms and assessment methods. The information based on the most citated articles for 10 years.</p>
В данной статье на основе анализа часто цитируемых статей по лечению и изучению хронической боли за последние 10 лет мы рассматриваем наиболее эффективные и используемые модели на крысах, способы их воспроизведения и оценки.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic pain models</kwd><kwd>animal models</kwd><kwd>chronic pain syndrome</kwd><kwd>behavioral tests</kwd><kwd>review</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>модели хронической боли</kwd><kwd>модели на животных</kwd><kwd>хронический болевой синдром</kwd><kwd>поведенческие тесты</kwd><kwd>обзор</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Bennett GJ, Xie YK.
