The method allows providing analgesia during the day after surgery with a minimum need for additional drug use; No side effects and complications.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Описаны клинические случаи применения продлённой ультразвук-ассистированной блокады нервов нейрофасциального пространства мышцы, выпрямляющей спину, на поясничном уровне (Lumbar erector spine plane block) в качестве послеоперационной анальгезии у пациентов при тотальном эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава.
