When assessing the intensity of headache in patients, it was found that with severe pain immediately after endovascular occlusion, the use of transdermal fentanyl with dexketoprofen or paracetamol is most acceptable, and the combination of gabapentin with dexketoprofen / paracetamol is better in case of headache in a more delayed period.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследование проведено с целью сравнительной оценки эффективности использования трансдермальной терапевтической системы с фентанилом и габапентина при лечении головной боли у пациентов с нетравматическим субарахноидальным кровоизлиянием. При оценке интенсивности головной боли у пациентов выявлено, что при сильной боли непосредственно после рентгенэндоваскулярной окклюзии наиболее приемлемым является использование трансдермального фентанила в сочетании с декскетопрофеном или парацетамолом, а комбинация габапентина и декскетопрофена/парацетамола лучше в случае возникновения головной боли в более отсроченном периоде.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>postoperative pain</kwd><kwd>non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage</kwd><kwd>gabapentin</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>послеоперационная боль</kwd><kwd>нетравматическое субарахноидальное кровоизлияние</kwd><kwd>габапентин</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Connolly E.S.
