Epidemiology, risk factors, preventive measures, and management of neurological complications associated with regional anesthesia are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обзор посвящён неврологическим осложнениям регионарной анестезии. Рассматриваются такие осложнения, как эпидуральная гематома (частота развития от 0,0008 до 0,2%), повреждение спинного мозга или периферических нервов во время пункции или установки катетера (частота от 0,5 до 1%), постпункционная головная боль (частота от 0,16 до 6% в акушерской популяции), транзиторный неврологический синдром (частота от 0 до 37%, чаще всего после спинальной анестезии лидокаином), синдром Горнера (частота от 0,13 до 2,5%).
