Study includes 52 patients aged 1 month to 18 years with malignant tumors who underwent surgical treatment at the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Research Institute, during 2009-2016 years. Surgeries were combined (thoraco-laparotomy). The method of epidural use of morphine in pediatric oncosurgery is presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Предварительное эпидуральное введение опиоидов позволяет предотвратить индуцированную операционной травмой сенситизацию ноцицептивных нейронов задних рогов спинного мозга без развития моторной и вегетативной блокады. Представлены результаты исследования, включавшего 52 пациентов в возрасте от 1 мес до 18 лет со злокачественными новообразованиями, находившихся на этапе хирургического лечения в НИИ детской онкологии и гематологии «РОНЦ им. Н.Н. Блохина», оперированных с 2009 по 2016 г. У всех больных детей был распространенный опухолевый процесс. Оперативные вмешательства не были стандартными ни по объему, ни по характеру вмешательства, имели комбинированный характер (тораколапаротомии).
