However, for the safe use of these techniques in pediatric practice, it is necessary to know the age-related anatomical and physiological characteristics of the child, the pharmacokinetics of local anesthetics and principles of their use. These issues are the focus of this review of the literature.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Регионарная анестезия сегодня переживает свой ренессанс, что безусловно связано с возможностью эффективной блокады ноцицептивной импульсации из зоны хирургического вмешательства, минимальной фармакологической нагрузкой при проведении сочетанной анестезии, адекватным периоперационным обезболиванием и внедрением в рутинную практику аппаратуры, определяющей нейрональные структуры. Однако для безопасного использования данных методов в педиатрической практике необходимо знать возрастные анатомо-физиологические особенности ребенка, фармакокинетику местных анестетиков и принципы их использования.
