The article includes comprehensive data about epidemiology, clinical course and treatment of systemic toxicity of local anesthetics. It considers up-to-date understanding of mechanisms of antitoxic effect of lipid emulsion. The protocol of lipid emulsion rescue during systemic toxicity of local anesthetics is presented in the paper.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье описан клинический случай использования «липидной» реанимации при тяжелой токсической реакции в ответ на непреднамеренное внутрисосудистое введение раствора местного анестетика. Приводятся сведения об эпидемиологии, клинике и лечении системной токсичности местных анестетиков, рассмотрены современные представления о механизмах детоксикационного эффекта жировых эмульсий.
