The article presents detailed discussion of somatic features of patients with cerebral palsy, tactics of anesthetic aid and postoperative analgesia. The authors determined indications and contraindications for balanced anesthesia, based on different regional block.

В статье подробно рассматриваются соматические особенности пациентов, страдающих детским церебральным параличом, тактика анестезиологической помощи и послеоперационного обезболивания. Сформулированы показания и противопоказания к использованию сбалансированной анестезии, основанной на различных регионарных блокадах.
