The article analyzes results of completed regional blockade of brachial plexus in 67 patients. Group A consisted of 27 patients who underwent brachial plexus block with ropivacaine 0.75% in the volume of 30.0 ml. Group B included 27 patients who underwent blockade of ventral spinal nerves C5, C6, C7, C8, Th1 and anesthesia superficial cervical plexus branches. Group С included 13 patients who underwent blockade of ventral spinal nerves C5, C6, C7, C8, Th1. It was found that the most effective and safe anesthesia for clavicle area surgery includes brachial plexus block of ventral spinal nerves performed with minimal doses administration of local anesthetics at C5, C6, C7, C8, Th1 level and additional block of branches of superficial cervical plexus. This technique reduces incidence of complications associated with systemic toxicity and other side effects of local anesthetic.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целью представленной работы являлось определение рекомендаций по повышению эффективности и безопасности анестезиологического обеспечения при хирургических вмешательствах на ключице. В статье проанализированы результаты выполненных регионарных блокад плечевого сплетения у 67 пациентов. Группу 1-ю составили 27 пациентов, которым выполняли блокаду плечевого сплетения 0,75% ропивакаином в объеме 30,0 мл. В группу 2-ю вошли 27 пациентов, которым выполняли блокаду вентральных корешков спинномозговых нервов С5, С6, С7, С8, Th1 и анестезию ветвей поверхностного шейного сплетения. В группу 3-ю включены 13 пациентов, которым выполняли блокаду вентральных корешков спинномозговых нервов С5, С6, С7, С8, Th1. Установлено, что для анестезиологического обеспечения оперативных вмешательств в области ключицы блокада плечевого сплетения на уровне вентральных корешков спинномозговых нервов С5, С6, С7, С8, Th1 минимальными дозами местного анестетика с проведением дополнительной блокады ветвей поверхностного шейного сплетения наиболее полно соответствует критериям эффективности и безопасности, уменьшая вероятность развития осложнений, связанных с системным токсическим действием и другими побочными эффектами местного анестетика.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>surgery on clavicle</kwd><kwd>brachial plexus block</kwd><kwd>minimum volume</kwd><kwd>complications of blockade</kwd><kwd>ropivacaine</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>операции на ключице</kwd><kwd>блокада плечевого сплетения</kwd><kwd>минимальный объем</kwd><kwd>осложнения блокады</kwd><kwd>ропивакаин</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Kurosawa S., Kato M.
