Two hundred patients were enrolled into the prospective multicenter study on the base of 8 leading research centers of Russian Federation. The cohort includes 25 adult patients undergone surgery for head and neck tumors from Blokhin Russian Oncologic Research Center. All patient received analgesia for 3 postoperative days along the following scheme: nefopam 20mg i.v. 30 min before the end of the surgery, then every 8 hours combination of nefopam and NSAID. Visual- analogical 10-ball scale was used to evaluate analgesia. The results of the study suppose effectiveness and safety of nefopam as a component of postoperative multimodal analgesia.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>С целью оценки эффективности препарата нефопам при лечении послеоперационного болевого синдрома проведено неинтервенционное проспективное многоцентровое исследование у 200 пациентов на базе 8 ведущих исследовательских центров РФ. В эту когорту входила группа из 25 взрослых пациентов, оперированных по поводу опухолей головы и шеи в РОНЦ им Н. Н. Блохина. В течение 3 сут всем больным проводили обезболивание по схеме - нефопам 20 мг в/м за 30 мин до завершения операции, далее каждые 8 ч в комбинации с НПВП: кетопрофен 100 мг в/в за 10 мин до завершения операции, далее 100 мг в/м каждые 8-12 ч. Для оценки обезболивания использовали 10-балльную визуально-аналоговую шкалу. Дополнительное обезболивание потребовали 5 пациентов в операционные сутки (боль 4-6 баллов), однократно вводили трамадол 100 мг (2 больным) и парацетамол 1 г (3 больным). На 1-е послеоперационные сутки дополнительно обезболили парацетамолом 1 пациента (боль - 4 балла). Побочные реакции в виде тахикардии, тошноты, потливости выявлены у 2 больных, посленаркозный озноб у 1 больного.
