This rationale gave grounds to apply this method in patients with lung cancer accompanied by COPD and severe impairment of ventilation reserves. We demonstrate successful experience of MMCA application in 13 patients including 8 patients undergone pneumonectomy. Baseline parameters of spirometry in all patients were lower than conventional limits of functional operability.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Мультимодальная комбинированная анестезия в виде 3-компонентной грудной эпидуральной блокады малыми дозами фентанила, ропивакаина и адреналина в сочетании с эндотрахеальным наркозом севофлюраном обеспечивает надежную анестезиологическую защиту, раннюю экстубацию и послеоперационную реабилитацию при торакальных операциях. Это дало основание использовать метод у больных раком легкого с сопутствующей ХОБЛ и выраженным снижением резервов вентиляции. Продемонстрирован успешный опыт применения ММКА у 13 пациентов, 8 из которых перенесли пневмонэктомию.
