V.-Cosmetology and Plastic Surgery Center1509201263444821072020Copyright © 2012, Eco-Vector2012The article presents technique of instant femoral nerve block followed by catheter tunneling for prolonged femoral nerve block as a part of balanced anesthesia and multicomponent analgesia in knee surgery. The study included 23 patients (15 patients underwent knee replacement, 8 patients underwent knee ligamentoplasty). No cases of catheter migration, its entry site infection, as well as local anesthesia-related complications or toxic reactions were detected.
