The study included 57 patients distributed into 2 groups depending on the method of postoperative analgesia. All operations were performed under spinal anesthesia. All patients received peripheral neural blockade of the lumbar plexus with solution of 0.1% ropivacaine and ketorolac after surgery. In Group 1 patients (n=27) received I.V. infusion of magnesium sulfate during and after surgery. The results showed that magnesium sulfate added to regional analgesia and ketorolac significantly reduces postoperative pain, need of narcotics administration and anxiety of patients without significant complications.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты исследования, целью которого явилась оценка влияния инфузии сульфата магния на послеоперационную анальгезию у пожилых пациентов после операций на тазобедренном суставе в сочетании с блокадой поясничного сплетения 0,1 % раствором ропивакаина и кеторолаком. В исследование включены 57 пациентов, которые были разделены на 2 группы в зависимости от способа послеоперационного обезболивания. Все операции проводили под спинальной анестезией. После операции все пациенты получали периферическую невральную блокаду поясничного сплетения 0,1 % раствором ропивакаина и кеторолак. Пациенты 1-й группы (n=27) во время и после операции получали внутривенную инфузию сульфата магния.
