The CSEA included epidural catheterization following intrathecal administration of 12-15 mg of 0,5% bupivocaine. For spinal and epidural anesthesia standard technique was employed involving 12-15 mg of 0,5% bupivocaine intrathecally or 150 mg 0,75% ropivocaine epidurally. The results suggest that CSEA as have being applied in our work has no additional benefits but more rapid onset of action when compared with epidural anesthesia, and possibility of the post surgery epidural analgesia in contrast of single-shot spinal blockade.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проанализирован опыт применения комбинированной спинально-эпидуральной (100 пациенток), эпидуральной (100 пациенток) и спинальной (50 пациенток) анестезий операции кесарева сечения. Комбинированная спинально-эпидуральная анестезия (КСЭА) выполнялась интратекальным введением 12-15 мг 0,5% бупивакаина с последующим введением эпидурального кататера. Спинальная и эпидуральная анестезия выполнялись по стандартным методикам (12-15 мг 0,5% бупивакаина интратекально или 150 мг 0,75% ропивакаина с 50 мкг фентанила эпидурально соответственно). Результаты исследования показали отсутствие преимуществ КСЭА в использованном варианте перед другими видами центральных нейроаксиальных блокад, за исключением укорочения времени наступления симпатического блока по сравнению с эпидуральным вариантом и возможности использования послеоперационной эпидуральной анальгезии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>combined spinal-epidural anesthesia</kwd><kwd>postoperative epidural anesthesia</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>комбинированная спинально-эпидуральная анестезия</kwd><kwd>послеоперационная эпидуральная анальгезия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>American Society of Anesthesiologists Task Force on Obstetric Anesthesia.
