Authors made a conclusion that the reasons of 50% of failures are mistakes that associated with anesthesiologist's experience.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты исследования, целью которого была оценка безопасности и эффективности проводниковой анестезии под УЗ-контролем по сравнению с традиционной методикой (поиск нервов по парестезиям), а также определение ключевых моментов, влияющих на эффективность выполнения данной методики. Авторы работы пришли к выводу, что в структуре причин неудач проводниковой анестезии до 50% занимают ошибки, связанные с опытом анестезиолога.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ultrasound visualization</kwd><kwd>conductive anesthesia</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ультразвуковая визуализация</kwd><kwd>проводниковая анестезия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Auroy Y., Benhamou D., Bargues L. et al.
