The 30 patients were assigned to postoperative analgesia with transteck, and in the 40 patients durogesik was administered. Our results indicate that transdermal therapeutic systems present effective postoperative pain treatment in patients with morbid obesity undergoing biliopancreatic bypass surgery.</p>
