Like all other techniques, it has advantages and disadvantages. The most common side effect of anesthesia is the central hemodynamic disturbance, such as hypotension, which is prevented by unilateral anesthesia. Thus, presented herein are the most common complications and their prevention methods.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Спинальная анестезия – дешёвый, простой, доступный метод анестезиологического пособия, обеспечивающий достаточный уровень интраоперационной и послеоперационной анальгезии, миорелаксации, раннюю активизацию пациентов. Он, как и все методики, имеет свои положительные и отрицательные стороны. Наиболее часто встречаемым побочным эффектом анестезии является нарушение центральной гемодинамики. Одним из способов её профилактики является односторонняя анестезия. В данной статье проведён обзор литературы, посвящённой достоинствам и недостаткам односторонней спинальной анестезии.
